We’ve seen a lot of storm-related stupidity so far, from SUV sledding to driving down a ski run while seemingly intoxicated. And I have one more:
We watched this guy run across Highway 99 at 46th, somehow leaping over the barrier with all the snow piled around it, and dodging traffic to get to the other side. Not too uncommon, but given the conditions (and the fact he could’ve walked down the underpass right there), not very smart.
