A new business will soon be joining Trader Joe’s and LA Fitness at Ballard Blocks. My Ballard reader “mijolm” posted this photo in the forum:
We’re told by MyBallard reader Jamie, who coincidentally does PR for Chipotle, that the new restaurant is being built with “environmentally responsible building design.” The sustainable features include everything from recycling to “an energy management system that helps monitor energy consuming equipment, ventilation and control lighting.” The restaurant is tentatively slated to open in June.
