The Ballard Jazz Walk is coming up and organizers are looking for volunteers.
The walk, on November 20th boasts 18 bands and twelve venues in one evening. The goal is to get 40 volunteers to help sell merchandise, tickets and check passes at the doors. “Volunteers are asked to work approximately 2 hour shifts (one set) and are given free passes for the rest of the night to enjoy other performers at the various venues,” Katie Baker tells us. If you just want to enjoy the night, tickets are $20 each and can be picked up at Sonic Boom or online here. The music goes from 7 p.m. to midnight around Ballard Ave. and downtown Ballard.
