Ballard Senior Center selling Taproot tickets

Before the arsonist struck Central Greenwood in October, heavily damaging the Taproot Theatre, the Ballard Senior Center bought the December 1st show of Taproot’s “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” as a fundraiser. After the fire, Taproot found a temporary home at the North Seattle Community College, but ticket sales slowed. Now with a few days remaining, the Ballard Senior Center needs to sell 100 tickets to the show — a great opportunity to help a burned-out Greenwood business and a great Ballard cause at the same time.

Tickets for the December 1st show are $25.00 for reserved seating and $35.00 for a pre-concert wine reception at 6 p.m. and premium seating for the 7:30 play. Tickets for this performance are only available from the Ballard Senior Center. Please call 297-0403 for information or to purchase tickets.

  1. I went to this show a couple years ago and it was terrific. You won't be disappointed and you'll be put right into the holiday spirit.
