Expect traffic delays on NW 80th Friday

Construction crews will close a portion of NW 80th St. from 3rd Ave NW to 8th Ave NW on Friday for pavement maintenance work, Marybeth Turner from SDOT emailed us. On Friday, one lane will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a flagger directing the east/west traffic flow. From 5 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday, the westbound lane will be open and the eastbound lane will be detoured to 85th around the construction.
