The 2010 Ballard Jazz Festival kicks off tonight at 8 at Sunset Tavern with the Brotherhood of the Drum, a night of drummer-led groups. That’s followed by the Guitar Summit on Thursday, the Jazz Walk on Friday, the Mainstage Concert on Saturday, and a Swedish Pancake Jazz Brunch on Sunday.
