Mother Nature wasn’t really sure which direction to go on Sunday – rain or be sunny. In the afternoon, this gorgeous rainbow appeared over Ballard.
Kali and Ken sent us this photo and say, “People all around were heard saying, ‘What does it mean?!?!'”
nojivenumber5 also sent us a photo of a double rainbow via Twitter and says, “Double rainbow of undetermined meaning currently in No. Seattle.”
what does it mean?
it means that sunlight is penetrating the clouds and refracting light off each raindrop to produce a prism!
maybe those around you should’ve finished 2nd grade!
Look up “Double Rainbow Guy” on You Tube then maybe you would get the joke.
I took your advice and found a video of some guy in Yosemite who caught a double rainbow on video (it only lasted an hour–don’t know how he managed).
I still don’t get the joke.
