Cooking Channel’s ‘Eat Street’ coming to Ballard

The parking lot of Ballard Blossom (1766 NW Market St) will be the backdrop for the Cooking Channel’s “Eat Street” on Friday when they profile the newest food truck in town.

Lee Scott of Snout & Co tells us that filming will start with the lunch crowd sometime around noon or 12:30 p.m, and he’s hoping for a big crowd. To bring in customers, he’s offering $2 off his popular Cubans and BBQ sandwiches. The Cooking Channel will interview people in the crowd, so if you’re looking for your 15 minutes of fame, this could be it!

Here is a little more about Snout & Co.
