This Sunday, June 10, there will be a free comics and characters workshop at the Ballard Public Library. Teen Space, which is the monthly teen program for middle and high school students, will host professional cartoonist David Lasky from 2 p.m to 3:30 p.m. in the library’s meeting room. Lasky will, “share secrets and strategies for helping you create characters and complete a short comic.”
After the workshop, Teen Space will continue until 4:30 p.m. with the usual music, games, new books, and more. To learn more about Teen Space, contact Lynn Miller at 684-4089.
