The Design Review Board will hold a public meeting for the proposed land-use at 5343 Tallman Ave NW, just off NW Market St. The meeting will be Monday, June 25 at 6:30 p.m at the Ballard High School.

According to the Land Use Information Bulletin, the proposal is for two, seven-story towers above a two level below grade parking garage. The towers would contain a total of 17 live-work units and 286 residential units. Parking for 240 vehicles would be provided.
