Card Kingdom applied for the permit through the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). SDOT is now accepting public comments about the proposal, which can be submitted through June 28 by email or mail: annualpermits@seattle.gov or to mail to SDOT, Attn: Annual Permits, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124.
