With summertime comes baseball, and for the little ones, t-ball. The Loyal Heights Community Center is now taking signups for kids ages 4 to 6. Rachel Bruno from the center says the practices are one hour long, once a week, with games played on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, usually on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Hear the roar of the crowd, watch them hit the ball, run the bases, and slide into home plate. Now is the time for all t-ball teams to come and play! We welcome all athletes to come join this introduction to baseball, the fundamentals of catching, throw, hitting, and running the bases.
To register, visit the community center (2101 NW 77th St.) Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. 8 p.m. Cost is $55.
