Work at intersection of 85th and Aurora Ave N. postponed

Earlier this week, we told you the intersection of N. 85th St and Aurora Ave N. would be closed this weekend, however because of predicted inclement weather, the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) has chosen to delay the work. SDOT has not yet rescheduled the work, but expects it will be mid-summer. They say they’ll have to close the intersection and detour traffic over multiple weekend in order to complete the full reconstruction.
