Sambar, the cozy cocktail bar attached to now-closed Le Gourmand, is planning to stay open through September, Seattle Magazine reports.
Owner Bruce Natafly sent out a mass email to alert fans that the last day of business will be Saturday, September 29. “Sara and I are keeping SAMBAR open through the summer, and we are at the stove cooking the food ourselves,” Natafly wrote, according to Seattle Magazine.
