Just before 3 p.m. this afternoon, a man robbed the US Bank at NW 61st St. and 15th Ave NW. Police say it was a takeover-style robbery, after which he fled in a black Porsche.
From the SPD Blotter:
The robber is described as a white or asian male, about 30, 5-08 to 5-10, with a medium build and wearing a black jacket, jeans, face covering and sunglasses.
The robber implied he had a gun and demanded money from bank employees before he fled the bank and took off in a two-door black Porsche 944 Turbo hatchback.
