- Family Retreat At Kadampa Meditation Center (6556 24th Ave NW) from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Spend the day with your family at the Kadampa Meditation Center in Ballard enjoying kid-friendly meditation, arts and crafts, and vegetarian lunch. - Adventure Race for Parkinson’s in Ballard from 11 a.m. The Adventure Race for Parkinson’s will be hosting its inaugural scavenger hunt-styled competition in support of Parkinson’s awareness, education and advocacy with proceeds benefiting the Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation. - Pancake Breakfast at the Swedish Club (1920 Dexter Ave N) from 8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Enjoy a Sunday morning of authentic Swedish pancakes, ham and lingonberries. - Wax On Event at Anchors Down Bar (2016 NW Market St) from 4 p.m. Every Sunday at Anchors Down, bring in your vinyl records to listen to and share with fellow music junkies. All vinyl, all day, and an all day happy hour. We’ll take turns playing our favorite cuts and talk about music through the years. All music welcome!
