Development Update October 2: Subdivisions galore

Four subdivision applications and a subdivision approval make up this week’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin. No other applications, appeals, decisions, or notifications in Ballard were made this week

Applications:

1737 NW 60th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6414182. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots.

8358 19th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 1,605 sq. ft. and B) 2,405 sq. ft.  Existing structures to be removed.

2236 NW 64th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,400.8 sq. ft. and B) 2,600.9 sq. ft. Existing structures to be removed.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,400 sq. ft. and B) 2,597 sq. ft.  Existing structures to be demolished.

Decision:

2043 NW 64th St

A Land Use Application has been conditionally approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6391133. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than October 16.
