Many local Seattle Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed or on modified schedules in observance of winter holidays next week. Here in Ballard the following closures will be in place:
- Ballard and Loyal Heights Community Centers will close at 6 p.m. on December 24 and 31 and will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
- Ballard Pool will close at 3 p.m. on December 24 and 31 and will be closed December 25 and January 1.
Crews will continue to work making improvements to the Ballard Pool parking lot and locker rooms until January 9.
