Where to hang on your Hump Day night: Cornhole League, Adventure series, and deals around town

One way to get over the hump of the work week is to enjoy the weekday deals and events at eateries or breweries around town. Wednesdays bring Ballard Cornhole League, Adventure Series presentations, industry night deals and happy hours!

8 oz. Burgers (2409 NW Market St.) has designated Wednesdays at its Ballard location as Industry Night, meaning 50% off the entire tab of those working in the service industry, with the presentation of a valid Food Handler’s card.

Bergschrund (4818 17th Ave NW) hosts the Wednesday Adventure series, tonight featuring a discussion with North Cascades Institute. Free admission and an all-ages Q&A about field programs, environmental partnerships, and how to enjoy your NW backyard.

Do you want to go out tomorrow instead? On Thursdays, Peddler hosts free outdoor movie nights on their outdoor patio.
