A public meeting about the Market Street Encampment will be held tonight from 7 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church (6512 23rd Ave NW).
The meeting will be hosted by the encampment operator Nicklesville and will give the chance for the community to learn more about the project and have a chance to express their feedback.
The meeting space can only accommodate approximately 300 people. Locals are advised to arrive early to ensure that they have a seat.
Nicklesville is able to apply for the City permit to open the encampment two weeks after this meeting.
