Development Update July 18: Subdivisions, row houses and maintenance

Here is today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Construction and Inspections as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

Applications:

2425 NW 54th St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow 2,000 cu. yds. of maintenance dredging within the Salmon Bay waterway.

6706 14th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6432856. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Decisions:

7359 24th Ave NW

A Land Use Application has been approved to allow a three story, 5-unit rowhouse structure. Parking for five vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished.

837 NW 52nd St

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6460375. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Appeals of the above decisions must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 8/1/2016.
