The man accused of killing his aunt in Ballard last weekend is being held on a $1 million bail.
Javen Erik Thordarson, 18, was arrested after his aunt, Emily Thordarson was found dead in her home at 9pm in the 300 block of Northwest 47th Street on June 9.
The victim’s neighbors have reported seeing the suspect leaving the house shirtless and carrying something in his hand sometime between 5 and 7 pm. The suspect reportedly was found at his South Seattle home with blood on his hand, arm, and in his vehicle later that evening.
