Police say they arrested the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian at 46th St. and Market this afternoon. The pedestrian was rushed to Harborview Medical Center.
Police say the 25-year-old driver “showed signs of impairment.”
As of 4 p.m., Market St. was closed in both directions for the investigation.
