Decision:
A Land Use Application has been approved to allow one 3-story, nine-unit rowhouse structure. Surface parking for nine vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.
Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 8/21/2017.
