Development Update September 11: one subdivision approval

Just one subdivision application approval in today’s development update, as provided by the city’s bi-weekly Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been approved to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 3,393 sq. ft. and B) 1,600 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.

The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans:

Conditionally Grant – Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land.
Conditions: Conditions have been placed on this project. You may view the decision through our web-based Land Use Information Bulletin, or contact either the assigned planner whose name and phone number appears online, or contact the Public Resource Center (206-684-8467, ).

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 9/25/2017.
