Police search for suspects on Sunday

Updated: Seattle Police searched a wide area of Frelard and West Woodland on Sunday evening for suspects believed to be connected to an assault and stolen vehicle.

It sounds like this originated from an assault that took place at a motel on Aurora Avenue, according to the scanner. Police discovered a stolen car with possible stolen property inside.

Officers were seen on 3rd, 5th and 6th Ave. NW, according to neighbors posting in the My Ballard Facebook Group. A K9 unit joined in the hunt.

While it appears officers were unable to find the suspects during the search, it sounds like an arrest may have been made later in the evening. We’re checking with SPD for details.

(Our thanks to Silver for the scanner updates.)

Huh. I wonder what was going on at this Aurora motel? *sarcasm note for all the soyboys*

      1. No thanks, low testosterone too many cats for my taste. You guys would hand over your loved ones to home invaders, and give up your firearms rights to clowns like Durkan and Inslee for Facebook likes to impress the HR Dept.

        1. Maybe I’ve been drinking too much soy, but what you said makes no sense dude. You went from soy to testosterone to cats to guns to Inslee to Facebook to HR dept. You should really stick to one topic?

          1. Lack of protein makes it hard to focus and affects reading comprehension, and it also lowers your willingness to protect your wife with hyphenated last name and her dog baby.

  2. I was at the park with my kids when this car came burning rubber around the corner and pulled up and parked in front of Ross Park. They grabbed their backpacks and ran. The police showed up a few seconds later screeching around the corner as well. Wish everyone would slow down near the park. Police included. My kids safety shouldn’t be compromised because someone else broke the law. There’s plenty of crimes happening if they wanted to do something about it, it’s there for them anytime. Driving dangerously not required.

    1. The city “leadership” decided it was important to “empower” criminal sociopath degenerates in order to sell themselves as compassionate and progressive in keeping with the “Seattle Brand”. They do not care about public safety or the collateral damage to the citizens, in similar fashion to these large corporations that do not care about the entry level workers suffering or the customers paying much more for diminished products and services. People here would rather be associated with the “Seattle Brand” than have a clean, functional, livable city.

Be sure to clap for Death Cab and Pramila Jayapal and “Resist Trump!” etc

  3. Dr.Clipper will take care of all those degenerates and pediphiles and agressive panhandlers soon ! Word is out and those bad boys and girls are really nervous….
