The entire side of Limback Lumber Co. (2600 NW Market St) was vandalized Monday night with the words, “Most people can’t handle real freedom”. The graffiti was noticed by Debi Boyette, who posted the below photo in the My Ballard Group page.
Tony from Limback tells My Ballard they were able to wash it off and repaint it yesterday.
Apparently, the “artist” was busy — Tony says they heard about a building in Fremont that was vandalized with the same message.
The City of Seattle has an online program to report graffiti — the Find It, Fix It app is one fairly easy way to flag vandalism. There’s also this city website with information about graffiti prevention and removal.
