Emerald City Smoothie is back in Ballard after quite a long absence.
The smoothie shop, which just opened in the Leva on Market building (1545 NW Market St), used to be at 5404 Leary Ave NW. That location closed in 2010, after being in business for roughly two years.
To celebrate, Emerald City will host a grand opening event on Saturday, Dec. 8, with $1 off their smoothies and acai bowls from 10am to 4pm. They’ll also raffle off free products and Emerald City Smoothie merchandise.

What good news. I love this place, I was constantly going to the one in LQA. So many to choose from and my dog loves them as well. Hope they continue the yappie hour (happy hour for dogs) at the new location!
