The developers behind the 7-story apartment building planned for 1100 NW 54th St are hosting an upcoming community meeting to share early design concepts.
Kamiak Real Estate is still in the early planning stages for the apartment project, and hope to gain community input during the meeting, which will be held on March 28 from 6pm to 7pm at the Ballard Senior Center (5429 32nd Ave NW).
The development will total about 27,000 square feet over 7-stories, with roughly 70 apartments in the plans.
