11:40am: The accident has been cleared and 15th and Market is now reopen to traffic.
Updated 11:30 am: Seattle Fire responded for a two-car collision that has closed the intersection of 15th Ave. NW and NW Market St. Firefighters say two people sustained minor injuries and were able to extricated themselves from their vehicles. The roadway should be cleared shortly, and you can see our Ballard-area traffic cameras here.
