Plans are in the works for two new apartment buildings on a midblock property near 77th and 15th Ave NW.
The Seattle DJC reports that the projects include one 5-story, 60-unit apartment building, and another 4-story, 42-unit building next door.
According to city records, a land use application has been submitted to demolish the three old retail buildings from 7705 – 7711 15th Ave NW to make way for the new apartments, which will also have ground level commercial spaces.
The DJC reports that the 5-story apartment would have nine vehicle parking stalls and 60 bike stalls.
