Dick’s Drive-In rolls back burger prices to 19 cents this week

In honor of their 66th anniversary, Dick’s Drive-In will drop burger prices to 19 cents for one day at each location this week.

The Dick’s in Crown Hill (Holman Rd) will have its 19-cent burger day on Wednesday, Jan. 29. If you’re not in the area, Lake City and Queen Anne locations will also be selling 19-cent burgers that day.

If you can’t make it tomorrow, the 19-cent deal is at Broadway and Wallingford today (Tuesday), and at Edmonds and Kent on Thursday.

Dick’s does this every year, and it’s always a big draw — expect some long lines at the counter. Note that the limit is one burger or cheeseburger per customer.

  1. Growing up and walking past Dick’s to get to Crown Hill elementary , in the early 60’s, and then onto Whitman Jr. High, I can remember when a coke was $.10 My friend and I would scrounge in the rock parking area to find enough for a Coke! The Doughnut Masters on the corner was also a great stop! No millennials were required either! We just knew it was good. Great thing is, the burgers + fries are just as good.
