A 39-year-old man was wounded during a shooting in Ballard late last night.
The incident happened just after 11 p.m. Monday night. Seattle Police say fire department medics treated a man with a gunshot wound to his neck near the corner of 17th Ave NW and NW 53rd St.
Police say the man declined to provide information to police about who shot him, and witnesses left the area before officers could interview them. The man was transported to Harborview Medical Center.
