A new apartment building is being planned at 5206 17th Ave NW in Ballard.
The apartment plans call for a 7-story, 127-unit apartment building with 30 parking spots.
The project area spans a full block between NW 52nd and NW 53rd Streets along 17th Ave NW and would replace a total of four buildings.
There will be a virtual early design guidance meeting on Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. with options to watch and comment online.
