Apply to close your block on Halloween as part of SDOT’s ‘Trick or Streets’ program

The City’s “Trick or Streets” program is back again for 2022, allowing residents to apply to close their blocks to thru-traffic on Halloween night.

Residents can apply for a street closure permit for Halloween by filling out SDOT’s online application. The permits for street closures are available year-round.

The Trick or Streets permits will allow blocks to close until 10 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31.
