The Herc Rentals property at 4233 Leary Way NW has sold for $5.1 million.
King County records show that the seller was PUJJB LLC, which the Seattle DJC reports assembled the property in the 90s for about $465,000.
The property includes a small building that Herc Rentals uses and a large parking area for trucks and other equipment rentals.
No word yet on the fate of the property, but we’ll update with any new information.
