A 60-year-old woman* was seriously injured in a fire in her tiny home at the Whittier Heights Tiny House Village (8030 15th Ave NW).
Seattle Fire responded to the fire at around 4 p.m. on Saturday. The blaze was extinguished quickly, but the woman was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
It doesn’t appear that any other tiny homes were damaged in the fire. Investigators are still determining the cause.
