The 14th annual Ballard Edible Garden Tour is happening Saturday, June 24 all over the neighborhood.
Sustainable Ballard puts on the Edible Garden Tour each year, in which they pick the best edible gardens in the neighborhood for a walking tour. The tour includes 20 different gardens, all of which are within walking distance of one another.
The gardeners on the tour will be home to discuss their edible gardens and provide tips. This year’s tour will include multiple chicken coops, pollinator gardens, raised beds, music, garden cooks, fruit trees, and a birdhouse building station.
The tour starts at Kirke Park at 10 a.m., and tickets are available online.
