Seattle Police are investigating a fatal collision at Carkeek Park on Monday afternoon.
According to the SPD Blotter, police responded to reports of a crash in the 1400 block of NW Carkeek Park Rd. The responding officers found a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a tree. The man who had been driving was in his 50s and died at the scene.
