The annual Magnolia Summerfest event is happening this weekend, Aug. 1-3.
Magnolia Summerfest, held at the Magnolia Playfield at W Smith St & 33rd Ave W, is a family-friendly event with food, activities, a beer and wine garden, live music, an outdoor movie, and the popular Magnolia Seafair Parade.
Here’s the full schedule of events:
Friday, August 1
- Main Stage — 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Beverage Garden — 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Vendor Village — 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Food Vendors — 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Bouncy Houses — 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Puffin Dentistry Kids Art Tent — hosted by Lemon Door — 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Outdoor Movie — A Minecraft Movie — 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 2
- Saturday Wakeup Workout — barre3 Ballard — 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
- Main Stage — 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Beverage Garden — 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- MSF Seafair Parade — 10 a.m.
- Vendor Village — 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Food Vendors — 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Bouncy Houses — 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Kong Academy Parkour — 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Puffin Dentistry Kids Art Tent — hosted by Magnolia Co-op — 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Puffin Dentistry Kids Art Tent — hosted by Magnolia Montessori — 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 3
- Sunday Wakeup Workout — Yoga with Lacey — 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Main Stage — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Vendor Village — 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Seafair Parade, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, will begin by heading south on 34th from the Magnolia Community Center, will then turn east on W McGraw, and then north on 32nd to Albertsons. Expect road closures for most of the morning.
