Kids’ fitness gym Tumbles to host grand opening events Nov. 1–9

Tumbles, a new kids’ fitness and learning gym on 24th Avenue NW, is preparing to open its doors in early November.

The gym will host grand opening events featuring mini-classes from Nov. 1 through Nov. 9, according to Tumbles director Marianne Holec.

Located at 5680 24th Ave. NW, Tumbles offers fitness and enrichment programs for children. The company’s website and social media show progress on the new space, which has been under construction since summer.

Tumbles Ballard is part of a national chain of children’s gyms focused on promoting movement and active play. Owners Chris and Becca, along with their three children, are bringing the first Tumbles to the Seattle area.

“We know first-hand the realities of having kids in an urban environment and how wonderful it is to have places to move bodies, learn new things, and explore,” they wrote when they announced their plans to open Tumbles. “We look forward to Tumbles being a place for Seattle kids to enrich their lives through body movement and new learnings.”
