AutoZone buys Ballard OfficeMax building on Leary Way

AutoZone has purchased the Ballard OfficeMax building at 1135 Leary Way NW for $7.8 million.

According to the Seattle DJC, the seller was Ballard Associates LLC, which owned the land before it was developed in 1996.

There are currently three AutoZone locations in Seattle: One in White Center, another in Rainier Valley, and one in the Central District.
