Who we are
We’re a locally-owned Seattle pet care company—not a franchise, not a chain. We opened our first location in Tukwila in 2019. Since then, we’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to build a team that genuinely cares. We’ve focused on creating a place where staff want to stay, because your dog deserves familiar faces—not strangers every week.
About this location
We know longtime Ballard residents may recognize this address. We want to be direct: we have no affiliation with the previous operator. We signed a new lease only after that business fully closed following a tragic incident involving an individual employee.
What exists here now is completely different—new ownership, new management, new staff, new training, and new safety standards. We didn’t just repaint. We rebuilt the facility with an entirely new layout, updated systems, and infrastructure designed around how we believe dogs should be cared for.
How we care for your pup
We provide top-quality care. We remember your dog’s habits, preferences, and favorite playmates. We want them to have fun and be well cared for while you’re away.
Our approach is structured and safety-focused. Dogs enjoy supervised group play in our outdoor yard during the day—organized by size and temperament—then rest in their own individual rooms at night. Overnight staff check on each pup throughout the evening and provide walks as needed. We also have 24/7 vet access. We don’t cut corners.
Our model gives dogs socialization and exercise when they need it, and quiet, secure rest when they don’t.
What you can expect from us
We’re communicative and transparent. We post photos and videos daily because pet parents shouldn’t have to wonder what’s happening with their dog. Check out our Instagram and you’ll see real dogs having real fun.
