The apartment plans include 49 small efficiency dwelling units, 38 apartment units and 1,400 square feet of retail (87 total units). Parking for 32 vehicles is in the plans.
According to the Seattle DJC, the architects are B9 Architects. The development site is on a mid-block property, just north of Uneeda Burger.
