Dirty Couch Brewing will open its new location at 1110 NW 50th St in Ballard this weekend.
Dirty Couch Brewing has moved into the former Wheelie Pop Brewing location, which closed in June after five years in Ballard.
While Dirty Couch opened its Magnolia taproom in 2019 at 2715 W Fort St, it actually got its start in Ballard, specializing in barrel-aged sour and wild ales. They had a production-only facility at 1150 NW 46th St before opening across the Ship Canal.
Earlier this year, the brewery announced it would leave Magnolia after its lease expires in July.
Their first day will be August 29, when they’ll open at noon for a soft opening. They said they’re still working on a few things like filling the fridges with cans, but they’ll have a full taplist “with plenty of our signature barrel-aged sours and a sneak peek at our Marzen style Couchtoberfest lager,” the brewery shared on Instagram.
Dirty Couch Brewing’s hours will be Monday to Thursday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
