Back for its second season, the Phinney Farmers Market will be open 3-7 p.m. every Friday through Oct. 3 in the lower parking lot at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. The market features about 25 vendors offering local produce (much of it organic) and other products including meats, seafood, cheeses, honey and fresh flowers. It’s a great way to score some fresh local produce to tide you over until the Ballard Farmers Market. There’s a couple food vendors too, including the very popular Veraci Pizza.
