The house on the corner of 9th Ave NW and NW 65th Street that has been vacant since the December 31st fire will be coming down.
The Department of Planning and Development issued a demolition permit yesterday, which is good until September. An application for a construction permit to rebuild a single family residence has also been submitted, although that permit has not yet been issued.
