A new tapas bar called Ocho just opened on Market St. and 24th. We’ve only walked by (it’s on the southeast corner, without a sign), but Chowhound has a great review of its “authentic Spanish tapas” and a “small but smart Spanish wine list.” In fact, “the restaurant highly exceeded my expectations,” writes Klsalas. We’re looking forward to giving it a try.
