  1. gumba – we worked together on the ballard bowl project before it all went to hell. i still wish we could have turned that vagrant peehole under 15th on the north end of the ballard bridge into a park. creating public spaces namely skateparks provide skateboarders which in turn keep unwanted slimeballs out of the way.

  2. The Canal is banquet/catering facility in the old Hiram's restaurant building. The photo is of a public gathering space and overlook at the west end of their parking lot.

  3. my girlfriend was raised in the house that used to be standing down the hill. We went down there before it was razed, amazing how the place was built as her father made everything (decks, shed, house) with his two hands.
