We saw this sign this morning. Someone has painted over “Mary Ave NW” with “Mary Jane NW.”

The sign painter was very sloppy-must have been high while painting!
It's much more funny without seeing the picture.
I'm envisioning the 1:00 a.m. pizza and dorito fueled brainstorming session. It starts something like this:
“Dude, you have a sharpie and a step stool, right?”
Why acknowledge bad actions. Now this is being multiplied over and over again on the internet. Waste of taxpayers money to fix or replace sign.

I don't condone vandalism, but it appears that this is one of the old signs that is soon due for replacement by the city anyway. When it gets taken down, the person who did this can go to the city surplus shop and buy it for $5.

My guess is that the kooky pranksters that pulled off this mischief would likely have been more buzzed from the solvent from the marker…

Your intolerance hints of some real issues. No one has ever died from a pot overdose. I am not writing this from a grave or jail cell. Turn off the computer and go back to watching FOX News in your glass house. You can learn some more “balanced” views. If you were captain of this ship, I too would mutiny!
I got a 4 on the AP Calculus test while i was high on marijuana during the multiple choice section. AND i'm a product of the public school system. I'd rather be a dope head than someone who has been falsely made to believe that weed is the devil. go watch “The Union: Business behind getting high” or “High: The true tale of American Marijuana” and then get back to me.
